Key mandate is to drive IT operations across Accor’s eco system includes portfolio analysis, solution design, transition, innovation, transformation and operation programs.


To be accountable for service delivery of for Mercure Maldives Kooddoo and Kooddoo Airport (as required). Scope includes AD and AMS engagements for 30 plus Applications involving all the Accor properties in Maldives.


Design, implementation & roll-out of Property Management System (OperaV5.4),Guest Management System (HotSOS), POS System (MICROS 3700), Network Security System and Backup procedure.


Design, build, implementation and administration of Database Systems, E-mail system MS Outlook


Operations management of multiple interfaces such as Opera, Micros, Vingcard, HotSOS, TRAS, EzRMS, SUN Accounting, JDS Call Accounting 550+ network nodes with Linux and Windows based applications.


Vendor & Project management (including acquisition and contract management) of Owning company & outsourcing partners for IT infrastructure and services management.


Procurement management of original equipment’s for IT infrastructure.


Creation of administration policies and procedures for IS department. Responsible for adherence to Quality, Security, PCI Compliance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
