As the Head of F&B, you will be responsible for developing and executing our food and beverage strategy and goals, leading and managing our F&B teams, and maximizing our revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.

As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will work with direct reports to develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items, and presentations. You will develop a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with our business strategy and lead its execution. Additionally, you will ensure that regular, on-going communication occurs in all areas of food and beverage, review staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operational needs are met, and set expectations and hold the F&B leadership team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviors.
