In this role, you will be responsible for executing the on-boarding process within the organization, planning training for staff in all departments, and handling all employee inquiries and grievances. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and hiring process.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR strategy and be able to implement various HR initiatives. You will also need to ensure that we hire, develop, and retain qualified employees and nurture a positive working environment. In addition, you will lead and improve HR operations including payroll.
