As a Banquet Manager, you will consult with the Banquet Sales Director and Head Chef to ensure the success of each event. You will determine the number of wait staff required and plan the layout and setup of venues to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds our customers' expectations.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management
• Experience in banquet operations
• Knowledge of banquet protocols and procedures

As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly. You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
