Job Description:Clark's Awadh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale banqueting functions of a five-star hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing events in the banquet hall
• Supervising banquet operations to ensure a high level of customer service
• Managing the banquet team, including scheduling and training
• Ensuring all banquet spaces are clean, organized, and properly set up
• Meeting with clients to discuss their event needs
• Preparing reports on banquet sales, revenue, and expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in banquet operations
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
