Job Plus Consultancy is seeking a talented Cafe Manager to join our team in Pune. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including overseeing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 0-3 years of experience in managing manpower, customer handling, and accounting. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service, and handling any customer complaints or issues that arise.

As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the cafe, including creating budgets, managing inventory, and tracking expenses. You will work closely with the team to ensure that the cafe is running smoothly and efficiently.

The role of Cafe Manager is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 3-3.5 Lacs P.A. The position is located in Pune, with locations in Wakad and Baner.
