Attention Hotel Industry Professionals! Are you a Training Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Netsyscon is hiring for the position of Hotel Training Manager in Panaji/Panjim!

As the Hotel Training Manager, your key role areas will include training need analysis, developing a training plan, content development review, training delivery, developing departmental trainers, training effectiveness, process improvement, maintenance of LMS, training budgets, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the LOD function based on comprehensive Training Needs Analysis, monitoring status regularly, and course-correcting strategies as appropriate.

You will create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the service experience trainings through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. You will provide employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver teamwork. You will analyze customer service results monthly and identify trends and conduct customer service training.

Partnering with department managers, you will develop strategies for keeping service standard alive within their department. You will provide all new employees with a comprehensive induction program as part of the First 90 Days with Brand program to enable them to be orientated and efficiently productive from commencement. You will create a work environment aligned with Brand’s culture by designing, conducting, reporting all the management skills/business skills training on a regular basis for Resorts/Call Centers/Branch Offices/Corporate Office.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in leadership sales roles and possess excellent leadership skills. You should have experience in assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving the associated business planning processes. You should also have experience in handling the complete recruitment life cycle for IT/non-IT positions and developing action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
