Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability, organizing marketing activities, and preparing reports at the end of the shift/week. You will also create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development, set budgets or agree them with senior management, and coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar, and waiting staff are working as a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
• Respond to customer queries and complaints
• Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations, and offer advice about menu and wine choices
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash
• Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements
• Makes a special effort to exceed guest's expectations
• Hold guests as the highest priority and act as a role model for team members by providing exceptional guest service
• Leads by example and promotes an environment where there is a sense of urgency to satisfy guests

Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to manage a budget and analyze financial statements
